John and Martha offer you a very warm welcome at Warren Cottage, Smugglers Lane North, Highcliffe on Sea in Dorset. Situated in a quiet and peaceful location but perfectly placed to visit the many and varied local attractions being just a 10 to 15 minute walk to Highcliffe Castle and beach from where you can easily stroll down to Mudeford Quay and also take the ferry across to Hengistbury Head. We are only a 10 minute drive to the Historic Priory Town of Christchurch which has many summer events to be enjoyed. The whole area is a magnet for beach lovers, nature enthusiasts, wind surfers, sailing, fishing and those wishing to explore the wealth of local heritage.
Nearby is the beautiful New Forest which is a nature lover’s paradise, ideal for enjoying an abundance of activities such as walking, cycling and horse riding or just sitting with a picnic, relaxing and watching the famous New Forest ponies and deer.
Where ever you decide to go there is a wealth of great pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Bournemouth is only a 20 minute drive away where you can enjoy the theatres, cinemas and great shopping.
